Oh OK thank you very much for additional treatments! My wife has some castor oil for rubbing on her abdomen for circulation ai think...I'll have to ask her again.

The stuff I find online about Iodine overuse is not reassuring, lol. How does an otherwise healthy person know if they're overdoing it with Iodine or its counterparts sometimes that's part of the product too? Is it possible with the amount of time and dosages I'm limiting the therapy to?
