Definitely I think the smell is coming from my intestines too. I think its called leaky gut. I found out that eating beef makes me constipated. And at the same time you need to drink lots of water. The longer the stool sits in your gut the more toxins you are absorbing. So you want to have bowel movements everyday. The more the better.
