There are other ways you could get hypoglycemia. food allergies is one way.

Increased intestinal permeability (or "leaky gut") can cause new allergies that can cause hypoglycemia.

Formication, tingling, pain may be other signs of an allergy. The symptoms appear quickly after consumption of the allergen.

A banana gives me great fatigue, very blurry vision and seizures (as expected by severe hypoglycemia), sudden pain. I ate some bananas when I was consuming a lot of caffeine. Same for particularly fish oil, also other supplements such as vitamin A, D, certain multi-vitamin tablets, L-Glutamine. The following person gets hypoglycemia after fish oil, and the person has Candida overgrowth and occasionally consumes alcohol:

The following person gets extreme hypoglycemic reactions after certain foods, and I'm betting the allergies were caused by the caffeine the person consumes:

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, excessive gluten if you want to avoid new allergies.
