Hi Jeff. I was recently diagnosed with gastritis, and my doc wants me to take a PPI. In your candida diet book, you write that gastritis is possibly linked to candida. I have many other candida symptoms as well, so I decided to try your candida plan. Currently I'm on week 2.

In your book, you write that gastritis is related to low stomach acid levels. You also write about supplementing with HCl. Is this safe/recommended with gastritis?
