I just woke up to Day 3 of my first Master-Cleanse fast. I'm feeling good, as I'm drinking the gross SWF. I totally forgot to take it yesterday, and hope that today will eliminate yesterday's matter. I hope everybody is doing good. Cravings are hard for me. I was offered free dinner yesterday, and was proud of myself for turning it down.

dezel, 10 lbs. in 10? I think you can do it. I guess it just depends on your body. When I woke up today and weighed myself, I have already lost 7 pounds in just 3 days. For some reason, I'm starting to look taller. Good luck to all! And yes, lets keep updating each other every day. I need the encouragement!
