Hello all

Today is the second day of mine and my sisters first cleanse. Both of us recently comming home from university thought it was a good idea to cleanse ourselves from the "toxins" that have accumulated in us over the past 8 months of campus living haha. I have had an uneventful first two days but my sister experienced cramps last night from the tea along with a headache. We are both using the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and find it quite effective. We are both happy to see other people starting this with us and are interested in reading your experiences over the next 8 days.
