I know that I lost 10 pounds in 10 days the last time I did this, so that's probably not an unreasonable expectation. I can relate to the feeding-your-child thing. My two-year-old was trying to put food in my mouth this afternoon and I just sort of put it up to my mouth and pretended to eat it like we do when we play with the plastic food. So far so good. I'm in here typing while my husband is eating his dinner.
