Hello you experienced master cleaners, I am on day 11 and thought i would start with my Orange juice, so I had about thee cups.  after s while I thought maybe I should continue, will this mess me up? or should I go on? I do not have the book, so I don't know the benefit of 10, 20, or 30 days please help.  also how soon after going back to food should I start the liver cleanse?
