Hi, I've been trying to find someone like you.

I started drinking Borax water (1/8 tsp to 1 liter). On Day 6, I had a problem with sudden heart rate increase, overheating and profuse sweating. It occurred 3 times within 90 minutes, so I stopped and took the rest of the day easy. I did not know what Die-Off was - and have been researching since.

I'm trying to clarify if that is indeed what I have experienced. Could you share your experience?
