It mostly depends on your immunity. Coconut oil isn't protection. You ingested the virus and if your immunity isn't up to the job then within a few weeks you will have mono or chronic fatigue. I got it from kissing my first girlfriend and was sick for 16 years. Finally I tried Beck blood electrification and that got rid of it.
