I am finishing up day 2 - this is my first time doing the MC. I have been getting very bad headaches - but I always get headaches. These feel like caffeine withdrawal headaches. I have also slept quite a bit these last 2 days. I hope I have more energy tomorrow. I am also keeping a journal in my blog - http://www.designforward.blogspot.com
