OK, so I interpret this as :

1) I should increase the intake of good fats, such as Budwig Protocol, etc.
2) I should take Iodine. What is a cheap+good source of Iodine supplementation?
3) I should take CoQ10. I have heard this on and off, but still don't quite understand what that does.

I should clarify that I have two problems : a Bosniak Type 3 Renal Cyst (80% chance of cancer), that is 2 cm in diameter, AND hypertension 145/100. Fasting did not cure either..
