long term , i am working with diet alterations.

stopped eating wheat, rice & diary.

tell your diet and what things you took for zinc and vitamin A.

is vitamin A is safe as people have EC from accutane and vitamin A is related with accutane.


after stopping wheat my inflammation is little down.

i am mainly eating bananas apples eggs and cooked vegetables.

i hope this is not from candida as i am taking fruits .
