What are your MS symptoms, if any ?

Any change in those symptoms since you started fasting ?

Water fasting is a perfect start for the Elimination-Rotation Diet ... as long as the water is really clean ...

Make sure you use no cosmetics, no soaps, no perfumes, no antiperspirants and absolutely no toothpaste during the Water Fast .... as those chemicals my be causing some of the symptoms!

Use no laundry detergents on your clothes or your bed sheets ... use just borax!

Avoid any contact with any man made chemicals.
