Does your doctor agree and recommend it? Or is it elective out of pocket surgery?

What symptoms prove it needs to come out?

My hemolytic anemia has resolved, but my slightly low platelet count has not. Plus I have a some abdominal pressure when sitting Iv contributed to the drinking I used to do and have been liver flushing. My upper right quadrant pressure is getting better but Iv noticed some upper left pressure when sitting just lately. And also some tightness on my thyroid.

My titanium implant is in my elbow after a motorcycle crash shattered it.
