I will look up the book on magnesium and the article by Dr. Sircus.

I am curious why you suggest I should not fast right now. Could you explain? Do you mean that unless I fast quite long - more than the 10-12 days that I expect to be able to fast - there is not much use trying to regenerate a nerve with fasting?
