Thank you so much! Where do you buy papain powder locally? I think I will pick some of that up. Some spirulina. And maybe a few amino acids like glutamine. Arginine. B vitamins. Vitamin c like you said. That should be a good start at least. With milk thistle. I have burdock root tincture which stimulates lymph system. ?? And garlic tincture. Wonder if I should try either of these.
