Dr Jeff, I have read a few testemonials of people with depression how the Candida Plan helped them but i havent seen anything on panic attacks. Mine started all of the sudden last year and I know I have a leaky gut/candida/ sibo and mthfr gene. I just dont know which of the above I should address first? Do you recommend the Candida plan first or a different detox plan? I feel it's a big circle and all connected. Do you think the Candida plan will help with panicattacks and sever anxiety?
