It sounds like you had a whole bucketload of iodine.
Remember to keep selenium, magnesium, salts and zinc intake decently high before you embark on it again. I'm not sure why, but I often see heavily poetic, extra seriousness with Iodine (both in myself and others here at home. )


That was very good intuition with the broth.
