Thank you so much for such a detailed and explained reply.

Please pardon my delay in getting back. I did slowly start to feel better, especially after the broth which must have rebalance the electrolytes. I did suspect an electrolyte imbalance that might have been playing up.

I am very grateful for that info., and wanted to express my humble gratitude for it, despite it being a delayed response. I will take note of those points. I am slowly going back into a Water Fast soon, and will not use pineapple or Iodine while fasting.
