Hi,

I've been taking a daily zinc supplement of 15mg for over two years now (helps with my acne/mood etc).

Though I was a little worried that since I never took any additional copper with the zinc (heard copper supplements can be risky) i may have low copper levels, so I was tested and received my results today;

Copper-serum: 14.1 umol/L (range 11.0-22.0)

Ceruloplasmin: 0.18 g/L (range 0.15-0.30)

Zinc-Serum: 1000 ug/L (range 700-1200)


Are my copper levels low? Should I take copper with zinc?
