I have candida/leaky gut and have tried almost every recommendation for relief. Every potential treatment causes more candida - glutamine, ACV, colostrum, bovine peptides, etc. I've been on colostrum since Saturday and my tongue has never had such a thick coating of thrush, my sinus as swollen and I'm tired and moody. Was hoping it was die off and would get better but it's getting worse. I eat a strict candida diet and take difulcan but that makes zero difference. After nine months on a candida diet, I was so hungry that I ate 1/2 yellow bell pepper and the next morning my mouth was fully coated. In nine months it seems I have made no progress despite my many efforts. Does anyone know why the ACV, colostrum, etc. trigger candida?
