I thought part of your first message was that the doctor wants to treat you with an anti depressant? Sorry if I misunderstood you or misread or confused you with someone else.

Yes I read about your nerve pain but didn't respond to those issues as I don't have any ideas about what to do about nerve pain.

Your efforts are never in vain! I take glycine too, its very good for fatigue as well.

My reading is that once your are over 50 you're probably very likely low in every vitamin and mineral. Especially if you've ever had candida which causes absorption issues.
