I know this is liver/detox forum but might I suggest that you also get your iron levels checked. If you have access to healthcare, consider asking for an iron panel that includes TIBC, % saturation and ferritin. Depending on lab used, your ferritin score should be between 50-70. This is the storage iron.

Many of your symptoms sound like iron defeciency anemia. I have it plus B12, B6 and potassium defeciency due to SIBO.
