I'm no expert - and like everything having to do with making CS, the claims are all over the place.

Most often I've heard that ionic is as good or better than Colloidal Silver in most applications EXCEPT taking internally - because it chemically shifts in the stomach. And doesn't make it further into the intestines, etc.

I've always noticed that drinking CS always somewhat bothers my stomach. Also verified that mostly ionic homebrew (from SilverGen) works great for anything with direct contact including breathing into the lungs, topical etc.

I haven't tried true Colloidal Silver for drinking much, since it's commercial and therefore expensive per ounce.
