I react poorly as well.

I found that the only magnesium I can barely tolerate is Natural Calm magnesium citrate natural (without stevia).

I only take a bit as well.

(I didn't know that it affect sodium... I already consume a lot of sodium and I'm dealing with a constant state of depletion. I don't think adding more salt is the answer)
