can my nervous stomach be reason I smell??

I have fecal odor that comes from my anus I'm guessing and I cant smell it myself.

sometimes when I get nervous I get gassy. but I don't want to fart and smell so I hold it until it goes away kind of. it normaly happens right when I'm about to go out in public. I feel like I have to poop and am gassy. but I don't fart all over the place. it kind of goes away when I hold it. I realize that this happens a lot when I go out in public, a lot of it has to do with that I'm nervous about smelling.

so then I'm at work or something and I get comments that I smell. I have no idea why because I take good showers. the only thing I can think of is because of my nervous gassy stomach.

also I hear that being constipated leaves fecal residue behind and that is a main reason for fecal odor. do you think this could be the case if I'm not constipated? I go every day sometimes more then once. but could residue still be left behind?

I'm going to try flaxseed oil and if that dosent work I am going to try a candida cleanse. if that dosent work I am back at square one.


my diet is mostly chicken everyday. I even heard this could be cause, but I don't know if I believe it, I eat mostly healthy and I have few things I eat already that I am not going to cut it out unless I am 100% sure.

so if anyone can answer my questions I would greatly appreciate it.and hopefuly somone may try flaxseed or something from reading this.
