Hmmm, yes it sounds like life problems more than physical problems.

Maybe you could learn something like reiki or energy healing.

Endoscopy would have picked up the pylori, blood tests not so much. It can't hurt to try some manuka or mastic gum. No actually on second though endoscopy is not 100% accurate unless they actually biopsy tissue, and if the pylori is not advanced enough it won't show up on a scope.

Kelp/ bladderwrack / fucoidan is also good for pylori.

I think you should find your blood type. You can order the saliva test online for $40 or so. Then try the Blood Type Diet for a few weeks as a trial.

Right side pain can be liver or possibly pylorus.

Be a real hippie and smoke cloves.
