i just tried black strap molasses enema and it was explosive.

as far as good or bad flora in the intestine, i use a probiotic and with this black strap molasses feeding it i hope it works.

will let the board know or someone message me in a few days or weeks since it takes that long to find out if its regular bowel movements.
