i have learned that the professionals may be right about constipation, it is caused by depression.

the colon holds a lot of serotonin, and when you are sad, nervous, or stressed all the time it causes the colon to seize up, and send the serotonin to the brain to compensate.

wish i could say go take an anti depressant as that relieves many people with constipation, but i don't and understand not wanting to make drug companies and doctors richer from your pain, plus the dangerous side effects associated with prescriptions.
