Hello everyone.

I'm having gum disease for over a year and I'm starting to look for natural remedies, as doctors give no solution to the problem...

I'd like to try oil pulling (sesame oil + 2 drops of oregano oil), but I have a question:
How long should I test whether oil pulling is working or not? I tried oil pulling 1-2 times with coconut oil during my gum disease, but it made my inflammation a bit worse*. Now I'd like to try with sesame and oregano oil.

*before oil pulling the redness was only in between the teeth, after oil pulling it appeared also below the down teeth
