Lower left quadrant pain after coffee enema?

Hello everyone, I have been doing coffee enemas for a while, but for some reason I have been having pain in my lower left quadrant. It doesn't hurt when I urinate or have a bowel movement, but I think my ureter is affected? Could it be a kidney stone stuck or something? It's in the middle of my stomach and my left leg exactly that spot I have been having pain. What should I do?

I have been using 4 cups of RO water with 2-3 tbsps of coffee, I used to do administer them with my chest touching the floor and my butt upwards (then laying on my left side) , but now I do them laying on my left side.
