Yes. Very common. Magnesium lowers sodium, which is already low in adrenal fatigue, so your adrenals have to work harder to try to get sodium back up.

Although I haven't seen people report it with just oral magnesium, since bowel tolerance limits overdoing it.

It happens a lot with Epsom Salt baths or magnesium oil that you apply on your skin, which are not limited by bowel tolerance
