Having read someone's problems about super itchy feet, I was hoping to find some assistance.  I am a vegetarian verging on being a vegan.  Consume plenty of fresh fruit smoothies, during plenty of water and lots of green leafy veg, plus I moisturise my feet everyday. I experience the super itchiness only when my feet get too warm. And then it's violent, incessant and almost feels like an electrical current running through that foot for about 1 hour.  If I am driving I have to stop. Has anyone found a cure?

Or does this indicate another serious problem in my body?
