Hey guys. First time poster, long time visitor.

I have been struggling this past week since trying one dose of tyrosine (500mg). I am highly sensitive to supplements/stimulants and am pretty sure that I what I struggle with is late stage of adrenal fatigue. I am just amazed that it has been over 4 days since taking it, and throughout these days, I still have this tightness in my chest and shortness of breath.

It seems to be relieved by doing some deep breathing + meditation, but whenever I stimulate myself somewhat it seems to return.

I have been suffering with anxiety, insomnia and fatigue for a very long time, and should have known better to try taking tyrosine again...*yeah I did it once before with a similar reaction.

Anyway, it seems to be it has just put my SNS into over drive yet again, and its hard for it to calm back down.

Any thoughts?
