Hello everyone! Special thanks to you, Karen, for your contribution about magnesium. 

I live in Russia and can only get magnesium in powder, not tablets. The instruction says I have to mix 20 gr of that powder with 1/2 glass of water. Honestly, the effect was mindblowing and very quick, but it does not seem to be the proper solution to the problem. I am afraid I can be all washed out from inside some day! :) 
Can you tell me the amount of magnesium in tablets that you take?
