Oh wow! Thanks for the information man. Funny I was just about to buy some castor oil off of Amazon, 32 ounces by "home health". I was going to try some castor oil packs for my liver and gallbladder since I'm chelating using the Andy cutler protocol.

I might buy some empty capsules from now foods and put some castor oil in them and freeze them and see what happens.

I've always heard about freezing capsules but always thought it was crazy without doing any research, but now that I read your post about it, I can better understand how it works, thanks!
