Well I got very bad. My PH dropped to 5.5 and felt the only way to save my life was to fast. I am on a liquid fast with smoothies, juice, herbal teas, etc and so nothing harsh but still hard on me.

The problem is bloating and swelling and sometimes real bad. Any thoughts on this?

I have fasted 4 days now and PH up to 7.0.
