You need to take low doses for a longer period, with albendazole, also low doses. You need to support your detox pathways because the toxins from the die off can cause problems. Detoxing means supporting the body with supplements and daily spirulina, msm and pther detox supplements for liver, kidney etc. You can see mattk3's posts on prazi safe dosing and detoxing in more detail.
