I think the issue is gastroparesis :(

I woke up and still felt food in my stomach with "throat nausea"

I took 2tbsp olive oil with 1 lemon blended and drank. 4 hours later i was still burping the taste of the olive oil.

So somehow a binge gave me delayed gastric emptying. And it wont recover :-(

I am depressed. No idea what to do.
