I'm at my wits ends trying to figure out what to eat after a tooth extraction and having Candida.

Can't consume dairy and must eat super soft foods. Noodles, breads, and potatoes are out. Protein helps a person's wounds heal so I need some type of protein.

Any suggestions on what I can eat?
