Any help would be truly appreciated! Is there any link to back pain and Candida? I did the 3 day coconut oil detox and did not suffer any of the die off symptoms I was expecting, I just had severe nausea and acid reflux (are these symptoms of die off?) anyway I had no back pain or brain fog during the detox (I only lasted 2.5 days and had to eat something :-( ) but when I started to eat again it gradually came back and some brain fog. Really want to kick it but my will power took a real hit after the detox, I fell off the wagon and had a very candida friendly dinner! :-(
I'm taking oregano oil capsules, magnesium, vit B,C & D & 50 billion pro biotics. I'm also taking apple cider vinegar most mornings.
Also have I done much damage to reverse the work I'd already done with that dinner?
As the the name suggests I am at my wits end with it!
Any help would be truly appreciated.
