I'm talking about 2 heaping TBSPs in very warm/hot water. That's pretty gentle. The Epsom Salt will be much more harsh on the system. For me causes kidney pain so now I only do mag citrate. The lemon juice and olive oil alone can get stones out but doing the mag citrate a couple of hours before loosens up the ducts and makes it easier to expel the stones and sludge.
