I eat carbs digest fine. Then i eat 5-10g fat from ANY source and i get nausea 30min later!

I cant Liver Flush im TOO DAMAGED.

I am trying a castor oil pack.

It seems i have permanent liver/galbladder damage from the binge :-(.

Beet juice isnt working
