Liver Flushing gets the hard stuff out like stones, sand, and sludge from the liver and gallbladder. I've found there is no replacement for physical flushing of the liver/GB. Tremendously helpful for detoxification and helping the body to function better overall.

coffee enemas detoxify the liver in a different way but are also hugely helpful for removing stagnant toxic bile from the liver and really the whole body as it as a natural form of dialysis.
