I think, from what I have read and experienced, you should experiment with the amount of coffee your body can take without getting disturbed with insomnia, jitters, fatigue, other symptoms.

Initially it seemed that I could take no more than 1 teaspoon. Now I can do 8 tablespoons spread over 2 or 3 back to back coffee enemas. It is all about listening to your body, testing its limits.

I did a Liver Flush 2-3 days ago. You had advised me to wait for 4-5 days after a Liver Flush before doing coffee enemas. I have some free time now that it's the weekend but I will not have much time on the weekdays, so I am considering coffee enemas. What made you say one should wait 4-5 days? Apart from the fact that the flush tires the liver and the liver needs rest, is there any other reason for this?
