When I do the swf I put the one teaspoon (just one if I put two I throw up) of celtic Sea Salt concentrated in a small glass of water and right afterwards I drink a entire quart of plain water. That's the only way I can manage to drink this. After 30 minutes or so I start a flushing that lasts about 1 hour. Every time I go to the bathroom I drink 8oz of water to help with the flush. And when I start eliminating clear water I stop drinking the additional water and 1 hour after that I take my first glass of lemonade.

Is there any problem doing that? During the whole day I drink about 15 glasses of lemonade and plenty of water. Hope I didn't sound too confusing.
