thanks for your reply, im aware that im supposed to wait 2 weeks in between flushes but i prefer to do it once a week to fastrack.
I have been taking a probiotic in the past for months but I saw no improvements. The product i used that my naturopath recommended was Genestra HMF Forte (Provides 20 billion CFU per daily dose). Im very careful of what I eat, im aware wheat is in many things people are not aware of even black pepper. I do not eat anything that my food intolerance test says i should stay away from (eg wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, beef ect)but I still have allergic psorisis breakouts pretty much every time I eat foods outside of vegitables.
