So - 2 tbsp on the second day did very little, on top of 2 tbsp in the evening after dinner. Today I have taken 2.5 tbsp in warm coconut milk - I have got to find a dose that works, but I can take and still mostly go about my day. I am certain there is something major in there to come out.
