Agreed.
I feel long term Vegan diet's are dangerous. But I'm sure they are safe for a few days and maybe I will try that next flush.
Today's flush, I haven't decided on a variation of the "double flush." Or the "sludge removal protocol".
Since a CT scan diagnosed me with gallbladder sludge, I'm leaning in that direction. But I had a Gallbladder radionuclide scan showing normal functions later.

Its strange how all the tests Iv taken, except for my (asymptomatic thrombocytopenia) or slightly low platelet count, don't really show anything. I cant find anything showing borderline low platelet count linked to abdominal pressure when sitting. But my pressure coming from RUQ, middle, and left sometime are making me nervous and causing insomnia lately.
